Our roadmap for training needs analysis:

• To make position-specific training analysis in the departments,
• To make training plans that will improve the current competencies of the employees in line with their career goals,
• Organizing training from external sources,
• Creating an internal training plan.

It is the goal of human resources to determine the knowledge, skills and behaviors necessary for our employees to increase their performance and achieve their goals, and to make the necessary planning to gain them.

In our company, the training plan is prepared in line with the suggestions of the managers and the demands of the employees.

In order for our employees to learn a foreign language, we give them the opportunity to attend English courses at different levels.

Training needs can be provided by professional trainers from outside the company, as well as by employees who are specialized in their field and have the ability to provide training.
